The NZ Hair & Beauty Expo is a trade-only event. All attendees must present valid industry-related identification to gain entry.

Accepted ID includes a business card, student ID, industry association card, recent payslip, or a copy of a relevant qualification certificate.

The name on your ID must match the name on your attendee pass.

Yes. Attendees must be 18 years or older to purchase a pass.

Those under 18 may attend only if they are currently studying or working within the industry (e.g. apprentices). A letter from your education provider or employer will be required for entry.

The NZ Hair & Beauty Expo runs from 9:00am to 4:00pm on both days.

Parking

The closest car park is Downtown Car Park, located at 31 Customs Street West.

Limited parking is also available at the Wynyard Quarter Car Park.

Public Transport

Buses are one of the easiest ways to get around Auckland. Look for red, green or amber buses.

25+ business days prior to the event: Full refund

15–25 business days prior to the event: 50% refund

Less than 15 business days prior to the event: No refund

Booking fees are non-refundable

No. You can present your ticket barcode on your mobile device at the venue for scanning. Printed tickets are also accepted if preferred.

No. Tickets and registration fees are non-transferable.

Entry will not be permitted. Your ID, ticket and registration details must match exactly.
